Trail follows the old Blue Canyon mine railroad grade along the shores of Lake Whatcom. A beautiful trail snuggled tightly between Stewart Mountain and Lake Whatcom. There are very scenic, tranquil spots along the shoreline. Trailhead is located at the end of North Shore Drive. Wheelchair parking and access is 0.25 miles towards the lake from the main parking area. Pedestrians and bicycles. (Description provided by Whatcom Parks)
