Expansions:
1. Contract 2 will extend the trail from 11th Avenue W to Emerson Street near Fisherman’s Terminal, where it joins an existing bike path along Emerson Street. However, Contract 2 will not begin until BNSF Railway issues permits for essential utility relocations and completes critical track relocation and crossing construction for the trail. Ideally, this will take place in 2010.
