The Columbia Plateau Trail, managed by Washington State Parks, extends through Turnbull National Wildlife Refuge on a crushed-rock surface that’s suitable for fat-tired bikes. Currently 23 miles of the trail between Lincoln County and Cheney are developed and open for public use.
